Terms of Service

These are the terms you agree to by using Toolora. They are written plainly and kept short, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.

Last updated 30 September 2026

The agreement

By creating an account, using the tools or the free app check, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please don't use the service.

You need to be at least 16 years old. If you are signing up for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

Accounts

Accounts aren't sold and aren't needed for anything on the public site. If you have one, give a real email address — you will need it to confirm the account and to reset your password. Keep your password to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

One account is for one person or one business. Please don't share logins or resell access.

Paid work

Services — the Quick Fix, Audit, Production Fix and Full Build described on the services page — are agreed in writing, by message or email, before any work starts: what will be done, the fixed price and when it is paid. That written agreement is what applies to the job. Nothing on this site charges a card.

What you may not do

Don't use Toolora to produce anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or designed to impersonate a real person or organisation. Don't use it to generate spam, malware, or content that sexualises children.

Don't try to get around the rate limits, script the tools at scale, probe the site for weaknesses, or attempt to reach other people's accounts or data. Automated hammering of the API will be rate-limited and may end your access.

What you make is yours

You keep whatever you type in and whatever the tools produce for you. We claim no ownership of it and do not use it to train any model.

Bear in mind that AI output is not unique — someone else may be given something similar — and that we cannot promise any result is free of another party's rights. Check anything you intend to publish or trade on.

AI output comes with no guarantee

The AI tools produce suggestions, not advice and not facts. Output can be wrong, out of date, or unsuitable for your situation. Nothing generated here is legal, financial, tax or medical advice.

Read what you are given before you use it. Anything you publish, send to a customer or rely on commercially is your decision and your responsibility.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be down. The service is provided as it is, without warranties. Features may change, and tools may be added or withdrawn.

We depend on other companies — listed in the privacy policy — and an outage at one of them can interrupt the service too.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Toolora whenever you like and ask us to delete your account by emailing aadil@toolora.app.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to put it right.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we will update the date at the top and say so here. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
