Fixed prices, agreed first
From a $99 same-day fix to a full build from $2,500.
You know what it costs before anything starts. If the work turns out to be bigger than I estimated, that's my problem to absorb, not a change order to send you.
Your AI-built app works in the demo
That is the easy part, and the tools are good at it. What they leave out is everything that stands between a demo and a product people pay for.
Authentication that only looks real
Sessions that can be forged, routes that check permissions in the browser instead of on the server, admin pages one URL guess away.
No limit on what a user can spend
Every AI call costs you money. Without a per-user cap enforced in the database, one visitor with a script can run up a bill overnight.
API keys shipped to the browser
If the key reaches the client bundle it is public, whatever the variable is called. Anyone who opens developer tools has it.
Works on your laptop, nowhere else
No build pipeline, no environment configuration, no domain, no HTTPS. A demo is not a deployment.
You hear about failures from customers
No error tracking, no logs worth reading, no timeout on calls that can hang forever and quietly hold a connection open.
A schema that loses data when it changes
No migrations, no indexes, no constraints. It holds until the first real change, then it doesn't.
Four ways to work together
Fixed prices, agreed before anything starts. No hourly billing, no surprises.
Quick Fix
After the free checkThe one thing the free check flagged, fixed and deployed — today.
Turnaround · same day
- One issue from your check report, fixed on your live app
- e.g. an exposed key moved to the server (and rotated)
- e.g. the missing security headers added
- e.g. a layout that works on phones, or a proper 404 page
- Re-checked afterwards so you can see it's gone
Audit
Find out what's actually wrong before spending anything on fixing it.
Turnaround · 2 working days
- Full review of your codebase and deployment
- Written report: what breaks, what's exposed, what it risks
- Every issue ranked by what it costs you if ignored
- A fixed quote for the repair — no obligation to take it
Production Fix
Most asked forTake a working prototype and make it safe to put customers on.
Turnaround · about 1 week
- Server-side authentication and access control
- Per-user usage limits enforced in the database
- Database schema, migrations and indexes
- Deployed to a real host, on your domain, over HTTPS
- Error tracking, timeouts and sane failure messages
- Secrets moved out of anywhere the browser can reach
Full Build
An idea to a live product, built the way this site was built.
Turnaround · 3–4 weeks
- Everything in Production Fix, from the first commit
- AI features wired to a real provider, with retries and fallbacks
- Admin dashboard so you can see what users are doing
- Legal pages, SEO and social previews
- Handed over with the code, the accounts and the documentation
Founding rate — the first three projects are half price.
How a project runs
The same four steps every time. (A Quick Fix squeezes them into one day.)
- 1 · Day 1
You send the link and the problem
I look at what you've built and reply honestly — including when the answer is that you don't need me.
- 2 · Days 2–3
A fixed quote
One price and a plain list of what's included and what isn't, before any work or payment.
- 3 · During the work
An update every day
A short note each working day on what's done and what's next. You never have to chase me for news.
- 4 · Handover
Everything is yours
All the code in your own repository and accounts, with documentation on how it runs and how to change it.
Frequently asked questions
How do we start?
You send me the link to what you've built and a sentence about what's going wrong. I look at it and reply with what I think the problem is and which package fits — or that you don't need me, if that's the honest answer. Nothing is charged for that reply.
How do I pay, and when?
Half before I start, half when the work is done and you've seen it running. I invoice in US dollars and can be paid by bank transfer, Wise or Payoneer. For the audit, it's the full amount up front because the deliverable is the report itself.
What if the work doesn't fix the problem?
The audit tells you what's wrong before you commit to a repair, which is what it's for. If I take on a fixed-price fix and the agreed list isn't working at the end, I keep going until it is — the price doesn't move because it took me longer than I thought.
Do I get the code?
Yes, all of it, in your own repository under your own accounts. Nothing is hosted on my side and there is no licence to keep paying. If you'd rather work with someone else afterwards, you can — that's the point of handing over the whole thing.
What do you actually work with?
Next.js and TypeScript on the front and back, Postgres with Prisma for data, and the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs for the AI parts. If your app was generated by Lovable, v0, Bolt or Replit, it's very likely already in that stack.
What don't you do?
Mobile apps, native iOS or Android, blockchain work, and anything where the request is to make something look legitimate rather than be legitimate. I'd rather say no at the start than halfway through.
What happens after I get in touch?
I read what you sent and look at the app itself, usually the same day. You get a straight answer on what's wrong and which package fits — or that you don't need one. If you go ahead, a fixed quote follows within two or three days, then a short update every working day until handover.
